Up for sale is an original German WWII 40 Year Faithful Service Cross with its original Box. This is the service medal for 40 years of steady service to Germany and the state. This is in beautiful mint condition and is in the hard-case presentation box with enameled swastika on the front and the words ‘Für treue Dienste’, ‘For Loyal Service’ on the backside. This is the Gold Erste Stufe (first class) variation.
TO NOTE: The left facing upper rim on the hard case box has broken off. This can be glued back, but has been left untouched for the next owner to decide its future.
