Original German WWI Dog Tag – Erkennungsmarke
Up for sale is an original German WWI Erkennungsmarke, or Dog tag. These dog tags belonged to Theodor Mill, born December 23rd 1883 near the Polish border in the city Gerdauen, now a Russian territory called Zheleznodorozhny. We have been unsuccessful to learn what has happened to Mr. Mill, although this would make a great research project!
