Original German WWII Luftwaffe Flak Tunic
Up for sale a very nice and original German WWII early Luftwaffe Flak tunic in near mint condition. This tunic has been identified to the Luftwaffe 86th Flak regiment. Its shoulder straps are in a Luftwaffe blue/gray wool with red flak piping, showing the numerals 86 (indicating Flak Regiment 86). More importantly, the Luftwaffe breast eagle is hand sewn on, and is original to the tunic.
The interior of the tunic is fully lined with a nice light gray or tan cotton. Interestingly, the tunic still retains its original paper cutter tag – something that is not often seen. Lastly, the inside is marked : FLAK WEI, and LBA 39.
Overall a very nice untouched and early Luftwaffe Flak tunic.
