Original German WWII Ortsgruppe Level Political Leaders Visor – US Bringback
Up for sale is a very nice and original Orts-level Political Visor Cap . This visor was brought home by a US vet, and later photographed with him wearing it – included in this grouping is that very photo! The blue piping, as well as the center band color, is indicative of the political “Ortsgruppe” or (Local-group) level. Overall this visor cap is in great shape, with little wear on the exterior, and just the right amount of use for display.
Looking towards the inside, we do see some wear around the brim of the visor due to use and aging of the leather. Lastly the RZM tag is marked 172719.
