Original German WWII Whitewashed SS Camo Helmet
Apart of our personal collection is a very interesting German WWII M40 whitewashed SS Camouflaged helmet. This SS helmet is very unique hard to find with a complete whitewash camo. Interestingly this helmet was advertised to us as a US Vietnam era Combat helmet by a picker in New Jersey. The helmet had been wrapped in a WWII era US helmet cover and stored away in a footlocker. With poor photos we took a chance and purchased it having no idea about the real gem inside. It was truly a once in a lifetime find!
