Up for sale is a very honest M42 Single Decal Heer helmet. This piece shows just enough age, and a beautiful Feldgrau overcoat. The Heer decal is about 90% with strong contrasting colors to the field gray finish. If the great exterior and large size hadnt done it for you – the inside liner and skirt are both matching with the name: Merkle. The leather liner is still soft and not dry but showing some signs of use, and sweat stains. The liner is ripped in two locations. The upper rear side, and fully on the left side. The leather chinstrap however is fully complete and not ripped in any locations.
