Original German WWII M40 Luftwaffe ND KIA Helmet
Up for sale is a very nice and original German WWII M40 Luftwaffe No Decal helmet. This helmet has a great color, and consistent wear which gives the piece an overall fantastic appearance. There is no decal present, but the shell was factory painted with a Luftwaffe blue scheme.
The inside of the helmet is in great condition excluding the leather liner. The leather liner seems to have been used heavily and covered in blood at one point. This blood staining has hardened the leather that remains and likely rotted the other areas away. Overall a very interesting piece at an affordable price.
