Original German WWII M40 Heer Helmet
Up for sale is a very nice and original German WWII M40 Heer single decal helmet. This helmet has a very honest & untouched patina, with a nice green overpaint and wear. Interestingly the rear liner pin has either been removed, or was lost with use and age.
The inside of the helmet is partially complete with its original leather liner, though it is missing its draw string and chinstrap. The leather liner is still flexible, though does show signs of age with minor damage and tearing. Overall a very nice and affordable combat used helmet!
