Original German WWII Heer M40 SD Helmet EX Camo- Combat Used
Up for sale is an original German M40 Heer helmet with a beautiful patina and aging throughout. This is definitely a combat worn and captured piece that would fit perfectly in your collection! Under the leather liner there are even still traces of foliage that dirtied the helmet during battle. The condition of the shell is quite honest and shows heavy signs of use. The exterior paint also shows some signs of a whitewash camo at one point. The liner (whats left of it) is very soft and with a full liner string. It is ripped in many locations, but still works great for displays.
