Original German WWII Named & Numbered Gas Canister With Mask
Up for sale is a very nice and Original German WWII Gas Mask Canister with Gas Mask Dated 1940. This set is a really great grouping as both the canister and mask are numbered which proves they are matching. Interestingly this set seems to have been very well used as it was number 96 once in white, which worn with use, and was painted over once more in blue. We are unsure why, however the gas mask has the unit marked partially scratched out. This mask does show some damage at the very bottom, and one glass eye which has come out of the socket.
