Sold Out

Up for sale is a beautiful and original Aug. Merten SA Dagger. This piece looks to have never been cleaned or taken apart. The daggers crossguards are very nice, with all parts fitting perfectly. The lower reverse guard is Gruppe marked “Nm” or SA Gruppe Nordmark Brigade 16. It is also marked with the Brigade accountability numbers 17768.

The grip is in excellent shape displaying signs of aging with use. Like the cross guards, the grip fits like a puzzle piece furthering our assessment of an unmessed with example. The SA runes button and its matching nickel grip eagle are full of detail and great shape!

The scabbard is another fine example with most of its color. Finally the blade of this piece is in great shape with very nice etching commonly seen with Merten Daggers. The blade is marked Aug. Merten Ww. Solingenn . GR.
